CLARIN Resource Families
Name
CLARIN Resource Families – an overview of the available open-access language resources in the CLARIN infrastructure
Description
CLARIN Resource Families (CRF) is a database that presents structured information about open-access language resources organized according to the three following types: corpora, lexical resources, and services. The database was created on the initiative of CLARIN ERIC. It is constantly being developed by national coordinators responsible for contacts with infrastructure users. Examples of resource families are: multimodal corpora, historical corpora, academic text corpora, dictionaries, glossaries, text normalization tools, tools for sentiment analysis, etc. CRF itself is not a linguistic resource, but it provides a user-friendly overview of the available language resources in the CLARIN infrastructure for researchers from digital humanities, social sciences and human language technologies.
